Later, Kajal and Manisha ask Abhira to try on an expensive diamond ring meant for the engagement. Abhira nervously handles the ring, aware of its high value. Manisha tells her that new bahus are expected to wear lots of jewelry and that Dadi expects her to keep the ring safe until the ceremony. Abhira feels anxious about the responsibility.
